Any casino that is looking to expand its patron base should consider starting a regular comedy night. This can be the perfect way to get new patrons to come in and to add value to regular patrons’ experiences.

As an added plus, the comedy night isn’t an expensive production. Generally it is inexpensive, especially compared to other shows with a much larger production budget.

You don’t even have to rely on nationally known comedians for a show to work. You can use regional comedians, and produce a 90-minute two-person show that can be a huge draw. Regional comedians often have made a name for themselves in resorts and comedy clubs. You can book them via a comedy club booking agency.

Better still, a weekly comedy night can draw many patrons between 25-55 who maybe would not otherwise come to a casino. All it takes is some promotion and word of mouth.

When new patrons come in, they are naturally going to want to check out all of the different amenities that the casino has to offer. They’ll likely visit the gaming tables, and have a bite at the restaurant or a drink at the bar while they are there.

For patrons who are already regulars, a comedy night can be a nice amenity. Patrons like to relax and take breaks from gaming. A comedy show that lasts 90 minutes is a nice break and lets people laugh and relax before returning to the tables.

In the Midwest, casino comedy nights are becoming especially popular. In this area of the country, many casinos are in areas that don’t have comedy clubs. Comedy night at the casino is often the best opportunity for local residents to come see a comedy show. Plus, a casino draws in “big city” entertainment that they otherwise might not get to see.

If it sounds like a comedy night might be a good addition to your casino’s lineup, the key thing to remember is to go to a reputable and established comedy booking agency. Be sure to book through a company that is familiar with your region, and that knows the audience you hope to attract.

The One With The Breast Milk: Carol breastfeeds Ben, causing Joey and Chandler discomfort. However, even stronger reactions occur when Ross is taking care of Ben and Phoebe checks the temperature of the bottled breast milk by tasting it. Julie invites Monica to go shopping; Rachel finds out and feels betrayed. Joey’s status as the Bijan Cologne Man is threatened when his department store hires someone to be the Hombre Man. Rachel tries to be nicer to Julie, but is less than sincere.

The One With Phoebe’s Husband: Phoebe turns out to be married to Duncan, a gay friend who needed a green card. Phoebe did love him, and finds those feelings returning. Now (six years later) he’s back and needs a divorce. Turns out he’s not gay, and is getting married to someone else. The revelation of Phoebe’s secret marriage prompts several other discoveries: The underwear on the telephone pole outside is Monica’s, from when she had sex with Fun Bobby on the terrace; Chandler has a third nipple; Joey was in a porn movie (which they then watch). Ross is nervous about the prospect of having sex for the first time with Julie. He approaches Rachel for advice; her own interest in Ross keeps her from being completely honest, and she tries her best to see that it doesn’t happen.

The One Where Ross Finds Out: Chandler realizes he’s put on some weight, so he agrees to let Monica be his personal fitness trainer. The results are great, but Monica is a bit too intense for Chandler’s liking. Phoebe’s dating a guy she really likes, but is perplexed that they haven’t had sex yet. Ross and Julie plan to get a cat together. Rachel has her first real date since finding out about Ross’ feelings for her. She spends the whole date obsessing about Ross and Julie, and drinking too much wine. While drunk, she leaves Ross a message saying she’s over him. The next morning, Ross retrieves his messages while at Rachel’s apartment. Confronted with the truth at such an inconvenient time, Ross can’t deal with it and leaves. Later, they argue, and Ross says it’s too late, because he’s with Julie now; he leaves again. However, he comes right back and kisses her.

The One With The Lesbian Wedding: Carol and Susan are getting married; Ross doesn’t want to attend, but when Carol’s parent’s don’t approve of the wedding, Ross convinces her that she should do it anyway, and he gives away the bride. Or rather, one of the brides. Monica caters the wedding, but falls behind and recruits everyone to help. Joey’s begins appearing in Days of Our Lives as Dr. Drake Ramoray. One of Phoebe’s customer’s dies on the massage table, and her spirit enter’s Phoebe’s body so she can attend to unfinished business. Rachel’s mother comes to visit, then announces she’s thinking about leaving Rachel’s father. Ugly Naked Guy plays the Cello.

The One Where Ross And Rachel… You Know: Joey buys a big screen TV and two leather reclining chairs; he and Chandler don’t move from them for days. Phoebe helps Monica cater a party at the home of Dr. Richard Burke, an old friend of the Gellers, who recently divorced. Despite their age difference, Richard and Monica begin dating. Ross and Rachel begin dating. One of their dates is interrupted when Ross is paged to the museum. By the time he’s done with work, their plans are ruined, so they spend the night together in the museum. Joey and Chandler watch Beavis and Butthead.

The One Where Eddie Moves In: Joey shows his friends his new apartment, which (unfortunately) he decorated himself. A record producers signs Phoebe to make a video of Smelly Cat, but dubs in someone else’s voice. Monica is annoyed that Ross is around so much; they fight like typical siblings. Chandler and Joey miss each other, but neither one will admit it. Chandler gets a new roommate, Eddie, who seems like a great guy. Joey is jealous, and he and Chandler fight like a typical couple. Chandler finds out that he does really have that much in common with Eddie after all.

The One Where Old Yeller Dies: Phoebe discovers that her mother used to shield her from the sad parts of movies, like Old Yeller. She rents all the movies her mother used to show her, and gets rather depressed and pessimistic. Ross, bothered that he’s missing significant steps in Ben’s development, takes Ben for a weekend. Ben says his first words. At Monica’s request, Chandler and Joey start spending time hanging out with Richard. Then they try to be more like Richard: Joey smokes cigars and Chandler grows a mustache. Richard starts to talk and dress like Chandler. They end up spending too much time together, until Richard discovers they view him as a father figure, rather than one of the guys. Rachel finds out that Ross has his future with her all planned out, and she panics.

The One With The Chicken Pox: Phoebe’s Navy man (Ryan) is in town for two weeks, but their plans are foiled because Phoebe has the chicken pox, and gives them to him as well. Monica tapes oven mits to their hands so they won’t scratch. Monica is releaved that Richard thinks her neurotic behavior is endearing; but she’s upset that he doesn’t seem to have any compulsive obsessions himself. Chandler gets Joey a job at his office, and tells him to act like a processor. Joey takes it too far, and invents a character, “Joseph,” who has a wife and kids, and who causes quite a bit of trouble for Chandler. Rachel is turned on by uniforms; Ross gets one.

If you have the extraordinary talent of making people laugh, you may want to consider a career as a professional stand up comedian. However, being successful at it requires more than just sheer talent ? you need to be smart and witty and most of all you must have the guts to go before throngs of people.

A small notebook and a pen are very essential to any aspiring stand up comedian. Always bring these with you whenever you go as you can’t tell the time when an idea will cross your mind. In case it does, make sure to jot it down so you won’t easily forget it.

Although you are supposed to write down all the funny things you come across with, it should not delimit you as a performer. As a professional, it is important to deliver lines naturally. Study your lines well, including the ad lib before you take on the stage. Nothing can be more embarrassing than to stay and stay not knowing what to say or do.

It is also quite important that you get to know who you are going to perform for. Different groups or types of people necessitate a different style and you should be able to adjust your lines and your delivery of the lines accordingly. Never take your audience for granted; never give out the impression that you know better because such arrogance can offend your audience, and this can be a reason for them for not liking you at all.

Remember, your audience may already have an impression about you even before you have spoken your first words. Instead of thinking of this as a disadvantage on your part, think of it as an opportunity to take things under control. Start with confidence so your audience will know that you have the ball on your side.

It usually happens with professional comedians to have performances on the same location many times during the week. If you happen to experience this, too, just make sure that you have something different to show every time in order to keep your audience out of boredom. There are different styles that you can assume, so don’t be afraid to try one style to another. Practice making a joke out of anything as this helps you to develop your sense of humor.

It is important that you are the one in total control of the situation and not your audience; it can be insulting on your part otherwise. If you sense that your antic is no longer working as much as you expect, don’t wait for tomatoes to come flying right at you. Make the necessary adjustments right away.

As you can see, to be a stand up comedian is not as easy as you may think. As with everything else, you need to practice and practice and to study hard. Be patient in doing these things and you?ll reap the rewards in due time.

Television has become the most popular medium and indispensable device of today’s generation. Technological innovation has assumed an integral part in the lives of the people especially among children. Media exposure carries both risk and benefits for the children and poses a great challenge to parents to monitor what the children are watching since television has become the main source of knowledge for children.

Watching TV can breed positive values as it enhances cooperation and encourages tolerance and respect. At the same time, however, since watching TV means fewer active moments, it can make one prone to obesity. Aside from that, it can expose kids to violence and drug abuse, cigarette smoking, alcohol drinking, and sex.

It would be nice to watch TV as a family. Pick out a particular day of the week as “TV watching with the entire family” day. Then make sure that you are gathered together on that day. Encourage your kid to choose the shows the whole family will love to watch on that day.

There are many wholesome comedy shows for the whole family to enjoy and to laugh with together; because laughter brings the family closer, it increases the level of energy and brings out the spirit of cooperation especially among children. It enhances family relationships and supports both physical and emotional health.

If your children are experiencing some degree of pain, just turn on the TV and switch the channel to something funny. You’ll be surprised to see that your kids will be able to better cope with the pain. It would really be nice if your kids look forward to family TV day as much as you do.

It really does not matter what kind of shows your children choose. They can watch movies that even grown ups will enjoy. The important thing is that you can be together and laugh together as a family.

The practice of watching wholesome comedy shows with your children can be stress relieving; it also helps to develop a healthy state of mind.

Doing things together as a family, even by just watching a comedy show and laughing out loud as one, is a well learned lesson for the kids; learn to laugh, don’t take things so seriously, and lighten up.

If you want access to the best comedy shows, consider getting a computer with an internet connection. On the World Wide Web are scores and scores of sites that let you watch comedy shows often for free, and this means you don?t have to pay for cable or satellite subscription anymore. The thing is, you must choose carefully the sites because many of them are operating without any license at all, and it?s really dangerous to use such sites. It?s very risky as these sites usually are sleeping grounds of viruses and malicious applications.

Watching comedy shows can be stress relieving. It can make you feel good about yourself and about everything else. In a way it can help you deal with life?s problems better.

One of the best things about watching online is that it allows everyone to watch comedy shows for free. Isn’t it wonderful to relax without spending that much and enjoying the comfort of your own home while receiving the full health benefits of having a good laugh?

There are many comedy shows online that can help in increasing the relaxation of a person and gain all the benefits associated with laughing. A comedy show can help a person relax and can act as a stress reliever and watching a funny video for 15 minutes increases heart rate by up to 50%, giving more physical health benefits.

You must know of course that laughing also benefits the mental and spiritual well being of a person. Try watching hilarious shows after a stressful day at work and you?ll experience an overwhelming sense of lightness as if you?ve disposed an excess baggage you?ve been carrying the whole day. Laughing also lifts the spirits, thus making you see the good things in life.

Approaching life in a more relaxed way is one way of getting rid of all the stress that we encounter in our daily lives. One of the most powerful tools to your daily moods and emotional state is a good sense of humor.

Since laughing reduces or relieves stress significantly, it helps you take your much needed rest. No stress means no worries, and no worries can mean better sleep. It’s been said in fact that people who laugh often experience better sleep and more time sleeping, and it is like a chain reaction. A good sleep can lead to a better disposition.

So if you feel stressed out, why not try this easy and fun solution. Watch the best comedy shows online with family or friends and have a great setup for laughter, feeling good and you will achieve positive effects by finding yourself more lighthearted, silly, and giving yourself and those around you more to laugh about.

10. Three’s Company. Premiered in the 1970s when the show’s content was considered shocking. A guy who lived with two girls was taboo. Very much taboo.

10. The Dick Van Dyke Show. A downright hilarious show which has since then become a classic and a measuring stick for all comedians. Even as we approach an entirely new era in comedy, this show is still comparable.

Eight. Arrested Development. Ron Howard was this cable tv show’s creator. Based on the daily lives of the very funny Bluth family who lost their family business due to corruption..

Seven. It’s Always Sunny In Philadelphia. Similar to Seinfeld, this sitcom’s characters were selfish and insecure but also very funny.

I Love Lucy. This very funny show has been showing on the air since 1951. Obviously, re-runs but still funny even in today’s standards. This show has many die-hard fans proven by the I Love Lucy conventions every year.

Five. Curb Your Enthusiasm. From the creator of Seinfeld, Larry David, is brilliant when playing his selfish and grossly politically incorrect alter ego. Very profane language.

Four. The Simpsons. Yes, it’s a cartoon. But a cartoon that has been making us all laugh for 20 odd years.

3. All In The Family. Ground breaking stuff in this hilarious sitcom. Not your typical kind of humor but you’ll laugh just the same.

Seinfeld. Ensured to become a classic, this television show was hot right out of the gates all the way until the final episode where the final line of the show just happened to be the very first line on the very first episode; these details are what made this show so funny.

1. The Honeymooners. Four actors was all it took to make this an absolute classic for comedy. Very simple storyline yet hilariously acted and perfectly timed humor.

Indeed, the idealized vision of the samurai’s goal was to blend of the art of warfare with other, more traditional, arts such as poetry, painting, or shodo, the art of writing Japanese symbols. Because the samurai formed the foundation for the rest of the Japanese aristocracy, it was crucial that they be educated. This would lead to a surprisingly high rate of literacy amongst this warrior caste.

Finally, Samurai were trained to be masters of the battlefield, and were well-equipped for the task. Each Samurai would be armed with a masterfully crafted long blade known as a katana as well as a shorter blade, called a wakizashi. This equipment, combined with years of training, would culminate in the Samurai becoming the undisputed masters of close quarters combat in ancient Japan.

However, the Samurai wasn’t limited to engaging only in melee battles, as they were also well-trained in the use of the longbow while on foot and smaller bows while on horseback, enabling them to deal death from a distance.

The USGenWeb Project is a good starting point for researching your family history. The information is divided into individual county and state websites that also include resources for locating immigrants. Such resources may include family trees, birth, marriage and death documents and other types of historical records. There are onsite researchers there to help you search for information. You can include traveling to areas of family history or to find them by visiting the area in which they lived. Visit the department of vital records and the courthouse to find information. You can get information from churches that your ancestors may have attended. You can find more leads on birth certificates, marriage licenses and death certificates.

The ultimate result of pursuing these ideals in Japan was the Samurai: a truly fascinating specimen of medieval nobility.

The Fonejacker is a hilarious and groundbreaking British comedy program that has enjoyed phenomenal success since hitting the TV screens back in 2006. Though the first full series was not commissioned until the following year, it continues to go from strength to strength the world over by taking the hum drum of cold calling to another level

The program’s star and creator, Kayvan Novak portrays a host of characters, and places prank phone calls to unwitting members of the public; often at their place of work. The consequences are most often very funny, and frequently side-splittingly-tear-inducing!

In his raw form; Novak plays the Fonejacker himself. Looking something like a terrorist without a budget; adorned with knitted red and white bobble hat which is worn like a balaclava, sunglasses and a high collared rain jacket.

He is pictured using phones in a whole host of places, but it is in the characters he plays and the guises he uses to portray them on screen that the real magic happens.

One character that has proved extremely popular is George Agdgdgwngo; an African “scamster”. Taking its inspiration from the many individuals and organizations based in Africa that try to defraud people, George never seems to get it right.

Trying to scam people out of their bank details, claiming he will wire their eighty pounds of winnings immediately, doesn’t quite cut it. Nor does his tales of a bird stuck in the bank vault do much to convince people to part with their account numbers. It is simply riotous as he fails, but remains so polite and apologetic.

In another witty parody of society today, the Indian call center worker is brilliant. Calling from a company known as “Internet Service Providings”, the young caller really hasn’t got much of a chance of getting new customers for his company.

Desperately trying to get people to upgrade their ‘internet service providings’ or ‘mobile phonings’ he is confident the deal he can do you is better. However, the prices offered are ridiculous and the worst you could ever wish to find. The whole call gets even better if people complain, and are put through to the manager. This really is priceless humor, snatches of which so many people will be familiar with.

These are only two of the more than twenty characters that Novak uses to play his stunts. From Criminal Dave; who is always in some sort of trouble following his latest botched job, or The Talented Mouse who is desperate for advice from a vet; the Fonejacker is sure to have you in stitches.

Find your own Fonejacker Soundboard by visiting online. The Fonejacker is something that will have you laughing continually. These skits are a great for you to watch and enjoy a program. Buy your own copy today!

I’m sure that no one is surprised by the latest in the Mike Tyson drama that seems to never end. Tyson had a run-in with a photographer at the Los Angeles International Airport, and the bad part is it could possibly send him to jail if it violates his probation. As you may remember he had a drug case in Arizona about two years ago.

A Maricopa County, AZ, probation official, said that his office will start court proceedings to determine if Tyson may have violated his parole.

Both Tyson and the photographer Tony Echeverria both claimed they were struck Wednesday during an altercation. Reports say that only the photographer was treated for minor injuries. One report said the photographer suffered from a small cut to the forehead.

Both men were initially detained by airport police on suspicion of a misdemeanor battery, but were released after questioning. Now the fate of both men rest with the city attorney who will ultimately decide whether to file charges or not.

Mike Tyson had a, ummm little run in with the law a few years back. He had pleaded guilty to cocaine possession and driving under the influence charges.

I love the fact that our readers seem to be everywhere around the world. I first heard about this incident via a text message sent to me by one of our readers. The message noted that Tyson was extremely corporative with airport police, and after the police took the report they let Tyson continue his trip.

According to Tammy Brook, Tyson’s spokeswoman, the former heavyweight champ was traveling with his wife and 10 month old baby when he was attacked by an overly aggressive paparazzi.

Mrs. Brooks went on to say that Mike was just acting in self defense as any father protecting his child would.

Echeverria’s camera was booked as evidence and police also were checking if there was any surveillance video of the incident.

I can certainly understand that the paparazzi’s have a job to do. I also understand that they have their rights, and all of that. However the question that I place before you is this… When is to much to much… Where is the line in the sand that the paparazzi’s shouldn’t cross. Personally I think that some paparazzi’s take things a little to far!

If you are looking for “free” movie burning software on the Internet you might want to rethink that. As you may know by now, free is not always better. In fact, in can be a detriment to the end results. Look to websites that offer a good movie burning software product at a good price and you won’t be disappointed.

Movie burning software has become increasing popular in that we don’t have to get in our cars and drive to the rental store or drive to the movie theater. We are able now to burn copy protected DVD movies and watch them in the comforts of our homes and save money at the same time.

The burning software you select will need to be user friendly and not take up much space. Also you will need to consider if you can get the latest or recent movie releases. And ask if they have customer support and free, automatic updates. These are just some of the questions you will want to ask before purchasing.

First start with quality brand DVD discs. Don’t settle for the cheapest as this may affect your movie quality or even stop the burning process. Make sure you don’t touch your disc, but handle it either on the edges or the inside hole. You can keep your discs protected by dirt and contaminants by always placing them back into a disc jacket.

There are two types of modes to consider. Use the “disc-at-once” mode, over the “track-at-once” mode, when you are burning your DVDs. You may experience overlapping of sectors between the tracks on the disk that could hinder or prevent the disc from playing on some machines if you use the “track-at-once” mode.

Consider burning at the slower speeds for the best DVD quality. These typically tend to last longer and able to be played in more machines than the faster burns. When you are finished burning and you see excess space, don’t be tempted to burn another movie on the same disc. This tends to disrupt the burn somehow, and you may end up with a bad disc burn.

Yes, burning software is becoming more popular these days as more and more people choose to burn their own movies. Even movie distributors themselves encourage us to download full length DVD movies because it reduces their expenses by not having to record, store and sell movies on digital discs.

If you are looking to expand your DVD movie collection, perhaps you should consider the best movie burning software on the market today. There are many great products to choose from, and the best part is you can save a ton of money and still enjoy your favorite movies on your computer or on your big screen.
